we allow any group order outside of Indonesia

SHIPPING
-prints are shipped with backing card
-keychains and standees are shipped with bubble wraps
-if you're ordering from UK, France you will have to attach your TAX ID in the Notes during checkout or else we won't be able to send the package
-all shipment will be sent with pos indonesia
-all shipment will have a tracking number (that we will inform you in the mail once your item has been shipped) please keep an eye out for your package and ask your local post office for its status. if the package was returned to sender due to lack of responses from receiver we will need to charge you for shipping again if you want the package to be resent.
-for some countries we will be using EMS for either of these reasons; regular shipment isnt available and/or EMS has better rate. ems will usually take around (no. of days) to arrive
-otherwise we will be using regular shipment that will take around 6-14 days to arrive
